Today is the new moon and a solar eclipse. The moon moves in front of the sun, and for a moment the light becomes softer, more intimate, quieter. This is a powerful gateway to letting go and starting anew. 🌱

The sun is temporarily embraced by the moon. What is no longer ours may disappear into the shadow — what is ours may soon shine brighter. 🌟

The horses know this too. They do not live in words, but in energy. They feel when something is old and when something new wants to be born. Perhaps this is a beautiful moment to be with them in thought for a moment – and to feel:

🌑Which old role, belief, or “should” may I honestly let go of now?
🌑Where have I kept myself small to be nice, strong, or visible enough?
🌑Where in my body do I feel tension or holding on, and what is that calling for?

It is a beautiful moment to turn inward for a moment and create time for yourself. Just as the whole crowd goes outside to look at the sun, this is actually, true to tradition, an invitation to turn inward. It can help to create a moment for yourself, light a candle, and make time to write down the questions above. 🕯️📝

What I am doing in this video is channeling energy towards the legs into the ground.

What I often see is that the energy does not flow fully through their bodies. This can be caused by energy blockages and an unbalanced energy system.

Officially, energy is supposed to flow from the crown of the horse, through the entire body, and drain away through the legs.

Many horses have stored blockages somewhere in their energy body, preventing it from flowing fully as it should.

Like this mare, for whom I am stimulating the energy flow through her legs remotely. I choose to channel the energy remotely because I have previously experienced with her that she keeps kicking a lot during and outside of treatments.

It happens that I give hands-on treatments, but when more appropriate, it is sometimes more effective to stimulate this remotely—for the effectiveness of the treatment and for my own safety.

Hands-on or hands-off is equally effective. However, you often feel a deeper flow of energy when you are working with horses on location. It requires focus and total attunement to the animal’s soul.

I can feel exactly where the blockages are located, what their origin is and use this information to transfer healing in that direction. With a healthy energy system as the goal – always.

Sometimes multiple treatments are needed to work towards a balanced energy system. Because every treatment, we go a little deeper into the layers of the energy body. So we can resolve the blockages that are deeply present.

Angels are constantly present during my work and my personal life.

I like to discuss personal questions or issues with a higher consciousness. 💫

A consciousness that gives me the confidence that I am on the right path or making the right choices.

Like yesterday, I asked for guidance and suddenly there was a see of white feathers during my walk in the forest.

Angels are everywhere, and they are incredibly desperate to help us.

However, we do have to ask for their help.

You don’t necessarily have to believe in angels, but you do need to be open to receiving guidance and asking for it. 🤍

We all know the common sense; “there was an angel on your shoulder” – when you were ‘lucky’ in a situation.

Everybody knows these kind of situations where ‘luck’ was present or a ‘coincidence’ found place.

Most of them, there was literally an angel on your shoulder. ✨

from the emotion,

from the trigger,

but that is precisely where the path to freedom lies.

to subsequently experience relief.

And every time, they are happy again when we have gotten through it,

I performed the treatment in silence, without any prior information or specific complaint.

The mare clearly communicated that a ‘ball’ of energy was stuck between her jaws, or at least that is how I visualized it.

My focus reached out to this spot, which I had already felt through my intuition the day before was her pain point.

The mare took the treatment well, but as usual, we had to work through some discomfort.

The release that occurred after loosening the ‘ball’ of energy was a relief for the mare.

Just like us humans, horses also have the right to self-development and the creation of a (new) identity, and it is important that there is space for them to be fully themselves. Some horses never got the time to (re)discovering who they truly are. It’s a blessing to provide the space for our animals to discover themselves. A beautiful process from which we as humans can only learn.

The third energy point (the solar plexus or Manipura chakra) is associated with willpower, self-confidence, decisiveness, and personal identity.

It helps you turn ideas into action and forms the core of your inner fire and assertiveness.

The specific characteristics and themes of this third energy point are:
Location: Upper abdomen, in the middle between the navel and the sternum. 🧘🏼‍♀️
In horses, at the area at the end of the saddle. 🐴

Recently, I was able to transfer a beautiful healing to a horse that had been imported from Iceland.

During a childhood trauma, the Icelander had shut down and become timid.

This resulted in a withdrawn posture and pain around the throat area, which manifested as pain around the atlas.

The new caretaker struggled to put on a halter, but the gelding clearly showed that he found this uncomfortable.

During the healing, space was created for the deep processing of old pain. We were able to transform the traumatic experience into an open and new perspective. 🍀

The heart and the throat were able to reconnect.

Communication began to flow again. The heart was opened again, and space was created for the new caretaker to be accepted.

A heart-opening experience, in which we touched deep layers of the subconsciousness. 💫

Still keep getting amazed about this powerful way of processing old pain and beliefs. For ourselves and our animal friends — healing is such a beautiful tool to use for ‘problems’ that we often cannot put our finger on.

This gelding was no exception; he was grateful for the exchange – and so was I. 🙏🏼

It is interesting to have it confirmed once again that animals choose us too. 💫

For example, Gijs clearly chose my mother by coming straight to her from the moment they met (from a litter of 10 puppies). I had the same experience with my cat, whom I adopted from a litter at the shelter.

Even the breeder of the litter of Labrador puppies agreed that the puppies do choose the caregiver. It was something wonderful to see, she said.

It is not just a question of whether our animal suits us, our lifestyle, our home. But do we suit our animal? And is this even a conscious choice, or is it meant for our souls to cross?

Ifyou are interested in this, ask yourself the question;
Do you know why your animal is with you?
What message does that beautiful soul have for you?

It is wonderful to explore this. ✨
